1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by KSP Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including the website at ksplabs.dev and all associated applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of our software.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us. No refunds for partial months.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our Services remains owned by KSP Labs or our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services (e.g., invoices generated with Billify).

5. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSP Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
