1. Overview

KSP Labs operates as a software studio and builds products that process minimal or no personal data by design. This policy describes what data we handle, how we handle it, and your rights.

2. Products

Our current product, Billify, is a client-side PDF invoice generator. All invoice data you enter is stored locally in your browser via localStorage. KSP Labs does not collect, store, or process this data on our servers.

3. Data Collection

We do not collect personal data directly from visitors of ksplabs.dev. We may use minimal server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for no longer than 30 days.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels on ksplabs.dev or billify.me.

5. Third Parties

We do not share data with third parties. Future payment processing (via Stripe) will require data sharing necessary to complete transactions, subject to Stripe’s own privacy policies.
